Clay County Hospital Wellness Center – Owner Representation

To provide its citizens with a state-of-the-art facility for health and fitness activities, Clay County Hospital decided to build the area’s first Health and Wellness Center.

Based upon our experience in Wellness Center Development, we were selected by Clay County Hospital to act in the Owner’s Representative role. In this capacity, INKANA is overseeing the entire Wellness Center development process, from design through construction.

Approximately, 26,600 square feet in size, the facility will feature an indoor pool and jogging track, locker rooms, free weights, aerobics room, whirlpool, childcare, juice bar, classrooms, offices, and much more.

The natural beauty of the property is being maintained by locating the structure in such a way that most of the beautiful, old oak trees are preserved. An outdoor walking path which meanders through the majestic oaks, is another unique feature.
